Love lists for your kids
March 18, 2010
Remember a few weeks ago when I talked about writing a love note to yourself? I read about it at being 30 something and Shutter Sisters, and I loved the idea.
Kind of on that same note, we did a project with the kids over the weekend where we all brainstormed great things about each of them and made posters. Now whenever they are feeling bummed or sad or just need to be reminded of how awesome they are, they have a whole list right there. How cool is that?
We had a great time with this project and the kids both hung them up where they can see them and read them all the time. Sam says, “It’s a very nice thing to do!”

what a great idea Michelle! These are sooo cool!
What a sweet idea! I love it. Hope your kiddo is feeling better.
That’s a wonderful idea. Mine are at the age where it’s easier (& they’re quicker) to say something unkind than something nice to each other.
