Chicken salad pasta cups

Chicken Salad Pasta Cups

I’m not sharing a recipe with you today ~ just a fun serving idea.  Why not use cooked jumbo pasta shells as little cups to hold chicken or tuna salad?  They’re easy to serve and they make a clever finger food, don’t you think?

didn’t catch that those were jumbo pasta shells at first … and was admiring your handiwork at stuffing standard pasta. was about to ask if you used dental surgical equipment to make them!

Since I’ve been with you….. which is forever…. I have loved everything you have made and hope S + C have loved it all too. :) Now onto the pasta. It looks wonderful! I didn’t know it was jumbo pasta either, but I’m glad you didn’t have to fill every individual small pasta. xoxo

I think I would probably do about four before I get fed up and just start eating them by the handful instead!

Brilliant idea, the pasta shells are definitely a good alternative to endive leaves or even crackers.

Alicia ~ I’ll look into it. Truthfully, I didn’t even know I still had a blogger profile! I toyed with doing this blog through that server but liked wordpress better. Thanks for the heads-up. :)
