Frozen Nutella mousse (or Nutella ice cream)
I hope you have a jar of Nutella in your pantry, because you are definitely going to want to make this frozen mousse as soon as possible. With just 2 ingredients and an ice cream machine, you can be enjoying a creamy bowl of your own in less than half and hour. 2 ingredients! It’s crazy that something this delicious can be so easy.
I’ve had Spring fever today, and wanted something a little ice creamish. The sun is shining, it’s 53 balmy degrees, and both of my kiddos played their last basketball games of the season this weekend ~ all signals that Winter will soon be over, no matter what that stinking groundhog said. So with that in mind, I curled up in a sunny spot on the couch with a creamy bowl of frozen Nutella mousse and listened to the birds singing and the kids playing. It was a good day.
Recipe: Frozen Nutella Mousse (or Nutella Ice Cream)
(from the family kitchen)
1 cup Nutella
2 cups half & half
“Warm the Nutella a bit in the microwave or on the stovetop, just to make it easier to blend; whisk in the cream and pour into your ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Eat, or transfer to another container and put in the freezer to harden it up a bit.”

nutella continues to be magical. :)
That’s it?!! I think I can handle this and eat the entire thing myself. I really like nutella anything!
Wonderful idea!! This looks beautiful, and who doesn’t love something made with nutella!
