Woohoo!

We are off for our vacation and we can’t wait to play in the sand and jump in the waves. Woohoo! The salty air… the boardwalk… the Mack & Manco’s pizza… As my Claudia told me this morning ~ “This is a pretty good life.”
Some tasty things have been happening in my kitchen this week. And because I’m not patient enough to wait and tell you about them when we get home, I’ve scheduled a few posts to publish while we’re away. See ya!

I haven’t been to Mack and Manco’s in over 25 years. Have a slice for me. Love how they pump the sauce in a hose from the ceiling after the cheese is put on the dough! At least that was how they USED to do it…
